3. ESTIMATE
After gathering all necessary details, we provide a detailed estimate for the project. You’re welcome to review, ask questions, and make changes if needed. Once finalized, we’ll update the estimate to reflect any modifications.
4. DEPOSIT & SCHEDULING
Once you approve the estimate, we send an invoice for a 50% deposit. This secures your project in our schedule and allows us to order the necessary materials. Any additional changes after the deposit are managed through a formal change order process.
5. REPAIR WORK BEGINS
When materials arrive, we schedule a start date and begin work, carefully preparing the deck and applying the stain or sealer with attention to detail to achieve a flawless finish.
6. PROJECT COMPLETION
Upon completion, we walk through the project with you to ensure satisfaction and then issue the final invoice for the remaining 50%. Your freshly stained and sealed deck will be ready for use, beautifully protected against Austin’s elements.

Installation time will vary depending on the size and complexity of the deck but a deck around 400 sq ft takes about 1.5 weeks to build once the material is onsite.

We serve Austin and the following surrounding areas: Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Hutto, Belton, Pflugerville.
What material do you recommend for the decking?
The three most common types of material we work with are full organic, composite, and pvc and they all have their advantages and disadvantages. Personally I recommend the pvc materials because even though it is a little more expensive, the lifespan of the material is a lot longer and it doesn't require as much maintenance.
